Drag a box over anything to redact — any shape, tall or wide. Tap a box's × to remove it. One finger draws, so it no longer scrolls the page; two fingers zoom and move around (pinch to zoom, drag with both to pan — or − / + above). Boxes burn in on save — the content underneath is destroyed in the saved copy, not hidden.
Tap where you want the text — a date on a date line, a name, a note. Type it, tap Place. Tap text you've already placed to edit, move or delete it; drag it to nudge it into position. Drag the green ⟳ handle to turn it, or in and out to make it bigger and smaller. Same colour choice as the pen.
Write on the page with your finger — sign, initial, date, or mark it up. Pick a colour above. Two fingers move around (one finger is the pen now, so it no longer scrolls). ↶ undoes the last stroke. Ink is drawn on top; it never destroys what is underneath, and a page you only sign keeps its real text.
Tap the page where you want the sticker — the exhibit label, printed on. Fill in the word and the letter, tap Place. Drag the sticker to move it, and drag the ⤢ grip out or in to size it. Tap it again to change the letter or remove it. It prints opaque, like the real thing, so it covers whatever it lands on — leave room for any Bates number already on the page.

Make an Exhibit
Order the files with ↑ ↓ — they merge top-to-bottom into one PDF. Word and Excel files are converted to clean text/grid pages; photos get a full page each. Bates numbers already printed on PDF pages are never touched.
a page reading "EXHIBIT A"
Each box prints on its own line, so this also decides where a long wording breaks.
Sticker colour
Anything in the shaded strip is where a Bates number prints.
Front-page caption optional — court, parties & case no.
Scan to PDF
Each card previews the page exactly as it will save — tap the picture (or ✂) to fix the crop, ⟲ ⟳ to rotate, and pick each page's look: None · Auto · B&W. Reorder with ↑ ↓. With OCR on, the printed text becomes selectable and searchable. Everything runs on this phone.
Privilege Log
One entry per withheld document. Saved on this phone as you type — export the CSV when you're done and finish formatting in Excel. Same columns as the desktop log.
Response to RFP
Paste the whole RFP below and tap Split — each request gets a response box with one-tap standard objections. Add your production binder PDF and its Bates ranges become one-tap citations. The draft saves on this phone as you type; ⬇ Word writes the finished pleading as a .docx.

Convert for AI
Each document becomes a compact, text-only copy made entirely on this phone — scanned pages read by OCR (a few seconds per page). ⧉ Copy text pastes straight into an AI chat; ⬇ Save .txt keeps a small file every app can open and upload.
